I knocked one out cold with a blunt melee weapon. She was alive, but when I talked to one npc, V said she had to kill that cyberpsycho. That was weird. I knocked one out, the quest didn't update and then I killed her and the quest updated. Idk if I failed it or not, it didn't say :/.
