The Hunter one is actually really fun with Arc 3.0. They can drop from Wellspring on any character, the drop chance of the pattern is NOT tied to class.The first exotic glaive on your account isn't a Wellspring drop. After acquiring your first exotic Glaive Pattern through the Report: Reverse-Lure quest, the other two exotic Glaive Patterns will be acquirable by completing the Wellspring activity, and the drops seem to be very random and rare, so be prepared to play a bunch more of Wellspring, that is, if you really want all three exotic Glaives.
