My Scuf instinct pro was fine for about 4 months. Same problem. It acts like it is maping only my B button just to delete or forget the maping input instantly. Every other button doesn’t even try no white light. Never dropped it didn’t spill anything on it. I tried playing Elden ring and was going to map all my buttons and poof. I've always ran tactical over default for in game controller layout, so my crouch is swapped with melee. I mainly use 3 of the back paddles on my reflex.. Left inner paddle is ping. Right outer is jump. Right inner is melee. I don't use the left outer often, Soni don't remember what it's set too. Default from Scuf I'd assume.
