Take once. There are some perks which have “All heroes gain…” so you only need to take them once. Vulnerable stack to 12 and reduce by 1. Vulnerable is the best status effect in the game. So increasing the cap for it is good and making it only decay by 1 per round is awesome. IMO, this is simply the best perk.
