I've tried just starting IE on Unfair but even with a fully geared up party, I can't hit any of the enemies with their AC being something like 89 as a Lich, and my companions are trash. This or this is what you're looking for. One is the DLC1 import, one is DLC2. DLC1 is Unfair, Lich, PD killed on Unfair. DLC2 is all survivors.
