WARREN COUNTY, Ky. – A power outage reportedly left almost 990 people in the Warren County area without power. Warren Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation announced the outage in a Facebook post Tuesday evening around 5:45 p.m. Later that night, Warren RECC said it was working to get the last few people restored.
