First of all, you need ceska not fenris for both builds, just simply better damage, I have done the math. Secondly, I highly recommend strikers backpack for the second build, you can tune the cores to 4 reds 2 blues or something like that, strikers backpack provides really good damage, plus you can run coyote for better crits stat.

It'll be interesting to create new builds with this in mind to enhance brand & gear sets with better attributes using this piece. But it won't provide 3 core attributes or armor and damage buffs like Memento, so both will have their place.Heads up: If you have a DCH the components will not drop if you have the exotic in your backpack or stash. You can keep it on another character. If you have destroyed it the components should drop easy. You have to do a project before you can get the holster a first time. After you have done the project, you can farm the components easily.
