There are a TON of huge payload wads in 20ga, 1oz or more lead. There have never been more. And there is data for them. You have to stop looking for old discontinued wads, and look at the nontox capable wads. All of these hold 1oz or more lead for 20ga. Those are loads that are supposedly safe with any hull/wad combination so long as you use the called for charge of powder with a non-magnum primer for the given shot weight. Supposed to break apart upon firing. Its main purpose is to ease feeding of the wad on some reloading machines. For reload recipe purposes, it is the same wad.
