T-mobile cellspot not working.

Since then, the CellSpot would either connect to 3G/4G, all lights would flash orange, and then reset, or, get to 4G LTE and stay lit for 10-15 minutes, long enough to make 2 phone calls, and then reset itself again. The Tech Support agent was supposed to call me back a half hour ago (at the two hour mark), and I never received a call. 5 Nov 2014 ... If I use OpenDNS, the wifi calling feature stops working. A few things my cellspot needs to get up and running is: A GPS signal, the proper ports forwarded on my router to the cellspot device, and of course the Internet connection plunged directly into the ethernet port on the cellspot coming from your modem/router. There is a webpage on t-mobile that explains the ports and setup. Not sure what changed since I've had a working cellspot for the last 4 years at my apartment but now it's just been dead for nearly a week. If anyone knows what I can do, please let me know. Thanks. I checked the CellSpot and all lights were off except Power which was solid orange. I checked the cables and everything was plugged in. I noticed the device was quite warm and thought maybe it overheated so I unplugged it and let it cool down. IIRC, on the iPhone you will have T-Mobile Wi-Fi instead of just T-Mobile in the status bar when connected to the CellSpot via wifi. The term "Cellspot" is used for both the Router and LTE Signal Booster. If you are using the router, then yes, you need WiFi Calling enabled and you'll see no change to your cellular signal.
