Recently it is taking well over an hour to sync Genius Data to my iPad over WIFI and with the USB cable (although not as long with the WIFI cable). Hi, to clear local save data on xbox one go to system settings - storage and from there it should give you the option to do this. If problem still persists I would recommend re downloading profile and maybe a hard reset as last resort. hopefully this works. Let us know :)
