Damage usually isn't a huge issue with the boss pool being so small, so you're really looking for the hard carries. Really depends from run to run. My go to when doing Tainted Lost was Angel if I felt I was strong enough to last another two floors, Devil if I didn't. r/bindingofisaac.

Greedier is my last completion mark for Tainted Lost and it makes absolutely zero fucking sense to me. The deck is unfairly stacked against him from start to finish, even more than in the main game. In the main game, you can at least fucking see where attacks are fucking coming from.
