It seems like they don’t really care about the residents, their only concern is Building and Selling Homes. I believe that the Villages does have AEDs in many of their facilities. You bought a house from the Villages, not a room in a senior care center where everything is provided for you. That is the next step.
Also, since a Villages handyman needs to do work in 3 different counties and a few different cities, I can imagine that it would be difficult to comply with every local regulation.
