Black mage has also has a simple enough rotation, bit more complex than red mage. You need to know the fight a bit to really be effective. White Mage is probably by far the easiest, NG+ exists. DNC and RDM are very easy on controller if you want DPS, WHM if you want healer. DRK or WAR if you want tank. You can do everything on controller with no problems.
