Well depends on your goals. Just download the AnKing deck in my opinion. Unsuspend as you go along with sketchy micro and pharm. do the same for pathoma. You can always choose to leave cards in or out on the basis of the high yield and low yield tags. Plus, as you review Uworld just copy and paste the qid to search for the question relevant cards.
