Honda tsb 16 002.
The original TSB 16-002 said to use 31200-5G0-A02 and the original part was 31200-5G0-A01. I'm wondering if all of these different versions have additions to help fix the spinning starter issue. Essentially I want to know if the -A04 part actually fixes the problem...most people report the same exact issues with the A02 that they had with the A01.

I also had the same exact problem with my 2013 accord coupe ex-l last fall and had my local shop do the tsb A16-002 so they changed the starter and rotated the torque converter one bolt hole. That was 7 months ago and everything was fine until 2 days ago when the issue came back.
