The seam itself looks fine. They do do seam repairs but this isn't a seam issue from what I can see on the photo. There's a hole in the body that looks cut or sliced, pretty clean. That's not a structure flaw or manufacture defect and I don't know if they can repair big holes but you can try asking for a repair or do it yourself.
