Hard to believe since they were changed out 3 weeks ago when I had my 25 hr break-in oil change done. 800 EFI no output from fuel pump. I have a 2011 Ranger Crew 800 EFI that quit today. I pulled the fuel line off and no fuel flow (or sound) when I turn the key on. Fuel Pump fuse is good. Had a local mechanic check the Fuel Pump relay, it is also good. Pulled the pump out and checked voltage on the pump side of the connector, reads .42 volts.Greetings from wet Wales! I would check all electrical connections starting at the battery. Any harnesses that you disconnected or may have jostled during the job. And make sure the negative battery cable is well grounded. OK, with the ignition coil completely disconnected, you should see 0.11 ohms between the WH/DB and BN wire (as well as the frame ground point) and 6.7 kohms between the BN wire (and frame ground) and the high voltage plug wire connection point on the coil.
