I don't know, I think only you can answer that. Personally, I like to watch depressing anime when I'm depressed, like Evangelion because it makes me feel like someone understands. Other people like happy anime to cheer them up, idk. Mob Psycho can get really light and fun but it can also get pretty dark, so take that how you will.
