Texas State (as an institution) prioritizes sports and extra-curricular activities too highly, whereas UTSA seems focused on Tier 1 research institution status. UTSA is much more focused on academics IMO- and the difference in facilities for STEM students is a night and day difference.

Keeps the enrollment open for people that need the class. The enrollment is already so jam packed for each class as it is. Edit: it should say in the asap registration for the class whether it can be retaken.
