Truist banking app down.

Bank of America mistakenly double charged my Truist checking account which resulted in an overdraft charge of $36. BoA provided documentation for me to present to Truist but it didn't matter. In fact because I was not aware of the double charge I was assessed TWO overdraft charges. So $72. Tomorrow I will be closing my account after 20+ years.At the bottom you can either call them (office is currently closed) or cancel which takes you back to the login screen. Is it just me?
