E50 has basically has the same rating on the anti knock index as e85. It's like .1 octane difference between e50 and e85. Its not octane as much as cylinder cooling with additional fuel that make the higher percentages slightly beneficial. Theres a higher percentage of fuel at like AFR with higher percentages.

The 10.2 deck with a 4.25 crank will work well. Mine is 9.8 but I kept mine smaller for a single turbo. Any decent head will work.
