so, the volatile flow artifact mod gives "all" void weapons volatile rounds on orb pickups but it somehow does not affect "The hero's burden" SMG from Iron Banner even though it is a void SMG. So I was literally just playing with this as I couldn't seem to proc either Allied Unraveling and Volatile Flow. It seems the problem is too many mods.
