Hi everyone!!! I just took my NCLEX on Monday and I can officially say I'm a registered nurse!!! I took the exam and got 145 questions so it is possible! I used UWorld and my question bank was 100% complete with 50% correct. I also did the self assessments and got boarder line on the first and high on the second.

Passed at 145 questions. I tested this week and just found out I passed NCLEX! I had 41 SATA, a ton of priority and delegation and three of the "place in order" questions. I also only had one drug calculation, one ABG and one ECG question. My advice is to expect to take the full 145 because it definitely caught me off guard. Got all 145. The thing that scared me the most leaving the exam centre was that I didn’t get a lot of SATA, only about 15 max and they were spread out throughout my exam. The rest were standard multiple choice with some exhibit questions.
