Jan 24, 2023 · Carnival has a rule that if one adult in a stateroom orders a drink package, all adults in the stateroom must order the package. I thought drink packages were optional. I don't want to pay for something that I don't want; it can be costly. Perhaps, it's to prevent two or more people in the stateroom from sharing a single drink package?
